Colonial style Bushland Park Lodge is nestled in a historical Gold mining Valley, gateway to the spectacular Wentworth Falls. Set in five acres of manicured park land surrounded by native forest abundant in native ferns, birds and glow worms entertain guests, far away from city lights, whilst enjoying the double slipper claw foot bathtub in the infrared heated garden bathroom and gazing the star milky way never seen so clear before. All after an extraordinary dine & wine experience in the wine cellar dining lounge with open fire place.

One spacious Super-King Suite with fireplace lounge, private deck and access to the bush park garden.
One 3 room-Suite with two Queens (upstairs) a fireplace lounge with panoramic views over the bush-park garden & an extra spacious bathroom with his & hers art glass wash basins. Benched rainwater shower, One spacious King Suite, 2011 closed for refurbishment.
Track to famous Wentworth Falls 2x 25 meter on the doorsteps and nearby exceptional sandy beaches.
Two local Golf courses close by, and another 3 Golf Courses in the Peninsula. Game fishing & fly fishing available in the area. Wellness facilities on-site. Glass fusing art-studio on the property.
Numerous birdlife and a glow-worm grotto in the Lodge’s private bush-park.
Located just 2 hours South East of Auckland, 1 ½ hours North of Tauranga & 1 ½ hours North-East of Hamilton.
From North: turn right past (From South: turn left before) the 18 hole Golf course of Whangamata into Wentworth Valley Road and follow the road for about 4 kms. After crossing the river ford enter the Lodge's car park on your right or for your welcome take the 2nd entry to the main entrance.
